Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. During promotional periods and public holidays this may extend to 7 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing on the next business day.
Where your order ships from
BIBLENEST fulfills orders from more than one warehouse. Depending on which location holds stock when you order, your parcel is dispatched either from our fulfillment partner in California, United States, or from our overseas warehouse in Asia.
The warehouse is assigned automatically and cannot be selected at checkout. Orders dispatched from our overseas warehouse take longer to arrive, and the delivery windows below reflect that difference.
Delivery time
Delivery time is counted from the date your parcel is dispatched, not from the date you place your order.
United States and Canada

Dispatched from our US warehouse — arrives 3–10 business days after dispatch. Counting from the day you order, that is 5–15 business days in total.

Dispatched from our overseas warehouse — arrives 10–20 business days after dispatch. Counting from the day you order, that is 12–25 business days in total.
Australia and other international destinations

Arrives 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
These are estimates based on our own delivery records, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, or where a parcel is held for customs inspection or delayed by the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full, at your choice.
We do not offer overnight, express or guaranteed next-day delivery.

Skip the Line — Priority Processing — $6.99. Your order moves to the front of our processing queue and is dispatched within 1 business day where stock allows. This shortens processing time only; transit time with the carrier is unchanged.
Tracking, and why your tracking number may change
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Parcels dispatched from our overseas warehouse are handed between carriers on the way to you. A parcel usually travels first under an international tracking number, then is handed to a domestic carrier such as USPS, which issues its own number for the final leg. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost. Both numbers refer to the same parcel and your tracking link updates automatically at handover.
Tracking can take 3–7 days to begin updating after dispatch, and may not update daily while a parcel is in international transit or clearing customs.
If your order has not arrived
Please email contact@bibleneststore.com with your order number before taking any other step. We reply within 1 business day and will:

Trace the parcel with the carrier, or

Reship your order at no cost, or
-
Refund you in full
— whichever you prefer, for any order past the delivery window above.
We would rather resolve this directly with you than through your bank. A bank dispute takes several weeks longer to settle, and we cannot reship an order while one is open.
Cancellations and address changes
You may cancel an order or correct the delivery address within 12 hours of placing it, by emailing [contact] with your order number. After 12 hours the order may already be in preparation at the warehouse and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address given at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.
Proof of delivery
Our carriers record a delivery scan, and in many cases a photograph of the parcel at the delivery location together with GPS coordinates. Once a carrier records a parcel as delivered to the address given at checkout, [tên store] is not responsible for parcels subsequently stolen or moved. If a parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf.
Damaged items
Report damage to contact@bibleneststore.com within 7 days of delivery, with photographs or video of the item and its packaging. We replace or refund damaged items at no cost to you.
Incorrect addresses
We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout. Please check your address before completing your order, and contact us within 12 hours if you need to correct it.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Orders to other destinations may be accepted at our discretion; delivery times and any duties will vary.
Customs and duties
Customers outside the United States are responsible for import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the price paid to us and we cannot estimate them in advance.
